Kimberly Trickey is a licensed therapist, trauma-informed coach, educator, Energy Healing practitioner, and ceremony facilitator with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, professionals, and communities.
Her work has developed over time from traditional mental-health care into a broader whole-person approach that includes psychotherapy, professional consultation, education, coaching, somatic awareness, breathwork, experiential practices, and nonclinical wellness experiences. At the heart of Kimberly’s work is a belief that meaningful growth begins with compassion, curiosity, connection, and choice.
"Where regulation is met with compassion."

Kimberly Trickey brings together professional experience, compassionate care, education, and a deeply human approach to helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the ways they move through the world.
Through Transcendent Sanctuary, she has created a space where clinical care, wellness experiences, education, and personal growth can remain distinct while still honoring the whole person.
"Where regulation is met with compassion."

Kimberly’s approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, connection, and choice. Rather than assuming that one method is right for everyone, she works from the understanding that each person brings a unique history, nervous system, set of relationships, strengths, needs, and goals.
Whether someone is seeking therapy, professional support, coaching, education, or a nonclinical wellness experience, Kimberly aims to create an environment where people can feel respected, informed, and supported in making their own choices.
Her work integrates trauma-informed care, nervous-system awareness, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience and personal autonomy, always maintaining clear professional boundaries.
THE JOURNEY
Kimberly's professional journey has been shaped by over two decades of working alongside individuals, couples, professionals, families, and communities navigating difficult experiences, meaningful transitions, relationships, emotional pain, and personal growth.
Over time, her work expanded beyond traditional clinical settings to include education, professional development, coaching, retreats, immersive wellness experiences, and signature programs.
That broader perspective eventually became part of the vision for Transcendent Sanctuary - a place where different forms of support can exist clearly, responsibly, and compassionately under one thoughtful philosophy.
Instead of immediately asking what is wrong, Kimberly encourages exploration of what experiences, patterns, or needs may be underneath what someone is feeling.
People often develop ways of protecting themselves for understandable reasons. Kimberly's approach emphasizes understanding those responses rather than shaming them.
Meaningful growth often happens in relationship - with ourselves, with others, with our bodies, and with the environments around us.
Kimberly believes people should understand their options, boundaries, and role in deciding what type of support feels appropriate for them.
Clinical services are provided within a professional therapeutic, consultation, or supervision relationship and may involve assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, informed consent, confidentiality requirements, and other professional standards.
Services include: Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Clinical Consultation, Clinical Supervision, and other appropriate licensed professional services.
Therapy availability depends on Kimberly’s active professional licenses and the client’s physical location at the time of service. Kimberly is currently licensed in Colorado and Wisconsin and is working toward Florida licensure.
Transcendent Sanctuary also offers nonclinical services focused on personal growth, self-exploration, education, connection, and overall well-being.
Offerings include: Coaching, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Retreats, Intensives, Kambo, Hapé, Sananga, Cacao, Sound Healing, ceremonial wellness practices, and educational workshops.
Boundary Notice: Participation in a nonclinical service does not establish a therapist-client relationship. These experiences are intended for personal growth, self-exploration, education, and overall well-being and are not a substitute for mental-health assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or medical care.
Please note: Kimberly's work may span different settings, but the role, expectations, and boundaries of each
Because Kimberly works across both clinical and nonclinical settings, maintaining clear boundaries is
essential to participant safety, informed consent, and professional integrity.
Participation in breathwork, Energy Healing, ceremonies, retreats, coaching, Kambo, or other holistic and wellness experiences does not automatically establish a therapist-client relationship.
A clinical therapist-client relationship is established only through a separate, mutually agreed-upon therapeutic arrangement, including appropriate intake procedures, informed consent, and professional documentation.
Important Scope Clarification:
Kimberly's credentials as a licensed professional counselor do not automatically make every service she provides clinical in nature. Nonclinical wellness experiences remain distinctly focused on personal growth, self-exploration, and education.
Therapy availability depends on Kimberly's active professional licenses and the client's physical location at the time of service.
Kimberly is currently licensed in Colorado and Wisconsin and is working toward Florida licensure. Licensed jurisdictions and telehealth eligibility will be confirmed during the initial inquiry.
For individuals outside Kimberly's therapy licensing jurisdictions, certain nonclinical services such as coaching may be available when appropriate.
At Transcendent Sanctuary, we believe every individual deserves compassionate, respectful, and inclusive opportunities for personal growth, self-discovery, and well-being.
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds, identities, beliefs, abilities, and life experiences while recognizing that not every service or modality is appropriate for every person. Eligibility may depend on factors such as age, physical health, mental-health history, medications, emotional readiness, professional scope, and the specific requirements of the service.
Services may be available to children, adolescents, and adults when developmentally appropriate and within Kimberly's professional scope of practice.
Certain modalities, including Kambo, Hapé, Sananga, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, are intended for adults aged 18 and older and may require additional screening and eligibility review.
For minors participating in eligible services, appropriate parental or legal guardian consent and individualized assessment may be required.
Kimberly prioritizes informed consent, personal autonomy, and each participant’s physical and emotional well-being.
Depending on the service, participants may be asked to complete health questionnaires, discuss relevant medical or psychological concerns, and review potential benefits, limitations, risks, and expectations before participating.
Participation is voluntary, and a service may be declined or discontinued when safety concerns, contraindications, or professional limitations are identified.
THE VISION
Transcendent Sanctuary grew from a desire to create something broader than a traditional clinical practice.
Kimberly envisioned a space where clinical care could remain professional and clearly defined while people could also explore education, personal development, community, retreats, and nonclinical wellness experiences.
The goal is not to suggest that every person needs every type of support.
Instead, Transcendent Sanctuary is designed to offer different pathways - each with its own purpose, expectations, boundaries, and opportunities for connection.
Where regulation is met with compassion.
Kimberly's work extends beyond individual sessions. Through workshops, professional training, presentations, resources, retreats, group experiences, and future online courses, she aims to make compassionate education and practical reflection more accessible.
Workshops, professional presentations, and educational resources.
Retreats, circles, groups, and shared wellness experiences.
Online courses and structured learning experiences planned through Transcendent Sanctuary.
Whether you are looking for clinical care, professional guidance, a wellness experience, education, or simply a place to begin exploring what support might look like, Transcendent Sanctuary offers several pathways forward.
