SOUND HEALING CIRCLES
Sound Healing Circles at Transcendent Sanctuary offer intentional time to slow down, become present, and experience sound in a calm and supportive group environment.
Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, the experience invites participants to rest, listen, reflect, and reconnect with themselves without pressure to achieve any particular outcome.

“A compassionate space for healing, growth, and connection.”
FROM SURVIVAL TO SAFETY
From Survival to Safety is a compassionate signature experience designed to help you better understand the protective patterns that can develop during periods of stress, uncertainty, or difficult life experiences.
Through education, guided reflection, nervous-system awareness, and practical tools, the program creates space to explore what safety, connection, and greater choice may look like for you.

“A compassionate space for healing, growth, and connection.”
AN IMMERSIVE WELLNESS EXPERIENCE
In everyday life, we are constantly surrounded by movement, information, conversations, notifications, and responsibilities.
A Sound Healing Circle creates intentional space to step away from some of that noise.
Participants are invited to settle into a comfortable environment while Kimberly uses sound instruments to create a layered listening experience.
There is nothing specific participants need to achieve. The experience is centered around rest, presence, personal awareness, and the simple act of listening.
Please note: Sound Healing Circles are nonclinical wellness experiences. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or substitutes for appropriate mental-health or medical care.

WHAT THE EXPERIENCE MAY SUPPORT

The setting may provide an opportunity to step away from everyday demands and intentionally rest.

Focusing on sound may encourage participants to bring attention to the present moment.

Quiet periods within the experience may create space for internal reflection.

Participants may notice physical sensations, areas of tension, comfort, breathing, or changes in how they are resting.

A calm group environment may provide temporary space away from demanding conversations or responsibilities.

Participating in a circle may offer a sense of shared experience without requiring personal disclosure.
Every participant’s experience is different. No particular physical, emotional, energetic, neurological, or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.
THE EXPERIENCE
Participants arrive, choose a comfortable space, and receive a brief explanation of what to expect.
